Born and raised in France, it should come as no surprise that Pierre is passionate about food and wine. Spending summers on his grandparent's farm in Normandy, where 3 hour lunches were de rigueur, Pierre quickly came to appreciate the gustative delights that his homeland has to offer. Those lunches were often 'lessons' in many respects, but Pierre was most taken in when his father, Jean, would take a sip of Bordeaux and then discuss it at length; unbeknownst to Jean, he was not only passing on his knowledge but his passion to his son.

With almost 20 years of international food and beverage marketing experience in French and American companies, Pierre has traveled the world, always seeking the best food and wine that a town or country has to offer. From Beijing duck, to a Moroccan Tajine, influencing forces go well beyond escargots and camembert! It is his love of travel, food and wine that compels Pierre to share his passion with those who appreciate a certain 'savoir vivre'.
