WHITE WINES
White wines are often our guests' favorites on warm summer nights. From the world’s favorite Chardonnays to the sweet wines of Sauternes, we have selected the best whites to compliment our chef’s seafood and local fish dishes.
We offer a large selection of Chardonnays from Burgundy and Napa but also from some great new-world regions such as Chile, South Africa and Australia.
The Sauvignon Blanc choice is large enough to accommodate every taste: from Sancerre to New Zealand. But a serious wine list would not be complete if you could not enjoy and discover other varietals like Pinot Grigio & Pinot Gris, Riesling & Gewurtstraminer from Alsace and Germany, Chenin Blanc from South Africa, Albarino from Spain, Semillons from Bordeaux, Gruner Veltiner from Austria, and many more.
RED & ROSÉ WINES
You’ll surely find a red to suit your taste buds as our selection is as robust as many of the wines. From a wide range of Bordeaux wines (Pierre’s favorite wines) to many new world wines, let us help you discover new tastes and varietals.
We offer many Pinot Noirs from Burgundy, Pacific Northwest and upcoming New Zealand. Great Cabernet Sauvignons and Zinfandels are coming from Napa, but we also have a large selection of wines from the Rhone Valley and the south of France that will delight you. Our Spanish and Italian wine selection will allow you to enjoy many great wines and varietals like Tempranillo, Garnacha, Brunello, Barolo and Chianti.
Beyond these varietals, make sure to discover some of the best “assemblages” wine from the various Bordeaux “terroirs” but also from Lebanon, Argentina, Provence or Washington State.
Don’t forget also to check our Rosé selection, perfect as an “apéritif wine”.
CHAMPAGNE & SPARKLING WINES
A romantic dinner in our garden deserves a great choice of bubbly. We offer a large selection by the glass, from our favorite Veuve Clicquot Champagne to the Roederer Estate sparkling wine from California...and for the very special occasion we can offer you the finest Champagnes from the Dom Pérignon to many Brut Grand millésimes.
